Terms of Service — WelcomeKitPro iOS App

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WelcomeKitPro iOS application (the "App"), a product of PropKitCo, operated by Byzantine Glam, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. The web terms cover welcomekitpro.com and the web app.

1. The service

The App lets short-term-rental hosts create guest welcome books: a print-ready PDF, a live mobile guidebook at a shareable link, and a QR code. Local recommendations are generated automatically from the property address you provide, using third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party place data, and you should verify recommendations before sharing them with guests.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account → Delete account).

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter (property details, rules, notes). You grant us the license needed to generate, store, and host your books and guidebooks. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share with guests — including WiFi credentials, door codes, and safety information — and for complying with the rules of any listing platform you use.

4. Free preview and subscription

Your first welcome book is free and its live guidebook remains online for a limited preview period. Keeping live guidebooks and QR codes online beyond the preview, and generating additional books, requires an active subscription purchased on our website. Subscriptions are billed and managed on welcomekitpro.com, not through the App.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using generated books for deceptive purposes.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byzantine Glam, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Apple App Store terms

The following applies because the App is distributed through Apple's App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Byzantine Glam, LLC only — not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
  • Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or similar claims.
  • In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
