Common questions

• My guidebook link stopped working. Free preview guidebooks stay online for a limited time; an active subscription keeps your live guidebook and QR code online. Manage your plan at welcomekitpro.com.
• I want to change something in my book. Generate a new book with your updated details. Each book gets its own guidebook link and QR code, so share (and print) the new QR code and retire the old one.
• How do I delete my account? In the iOS app, go to Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, books, and guidebooks. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
