Privacy Policy — WelcomeKitPro iOS App

WelcomeKitPro ("we", "us", "our") is a product of PropKitCo, operated by Byzantine Glam, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the WelcomeKitPro iOS application (the "App"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The web privacy policy covers welcomekitpro.com and the web app.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. Accounts and sign-in are handled through our authentication provider, Supabase. Your session is stored securely in the iOS keychain on your device.
  • Property and content data. Information you enter to create a welcome book, such as your property address, WiFi details, door code, house rules, and check-in notes. This content is used to generate your book and live guidebook.
  • Local recommendations. Your property address is used to look up nearby places (restaurants, attractions, parks, essentials) through mapping providers such as Google Places, solely to build your book's local guide.
  • Subscription status. If you subscribe on our website, we process your subscription through Stripe. The App itself does not collect payment information.

What we don't collect

  • The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • We do not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
  • Photo library access is requested only if you choose to save your guidebook QR code to your photos, and is used only for that purpose.

How we use your information

  • To create, generate, and host your welcome books, live guidebooks, and QR codes.
  • To auto-fill local recommendations near your property address.
  • To provide customer support and maintain, secure, and improve the App.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the service: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Stripe (payments made on our website), and mapping and neighborhood data providers used to generate local recommendations.

Your guidebook content

Your live guidebook is published at a private link that you choose to share with your guests. Details such as your WiFi password appear only on that link and are not indexed by search engines.

Data retention and account deletion

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the App: Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your account, welcome books, live guidebooks, and stored files.

Children

The App is intended for hosts who are 18 or older and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
