WelcomeKitPro ("we", "us", "our") is a product of PropKitCo, operated by Byzantine Glam, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use welcomekitpro.com and our web app (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details. Accounts and sign-in are handled through our authentication provider, Supabase.
  • Property and content data. Information you enter to create a welcome book, such as your property address, WiFi details, house rules, check-in notes, and your chosen local recommendations.
  • Payment information. When you purchase a paid book or pack, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data directly.
  • Usage data. Basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

  • To create, generate, and host your welcome books, live guidebooks, and QR codes.
  • To auto-fill local recommendations near your property address using third-party neighborhood and mapping data sources.
  • To process payments and provide customer support.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

Your guidebook content

The live guidebook is published at a private link that you choose to share with your guests. Details such as your WiFi password appear only on that link and are not listed publicly or indexed by search engines. You can edit or unpublish a guidebook at any time from your account.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and mapping and neighborhood data providers used to generate local recommendations. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, after which we will delete or anonymize it except where we must retain records to comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

  • You can review and update the information in your books at any time.
  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
  • You can unpublish or delete a live guidebook at any time.

Children

The Service is intended for hosts who are 18 or older and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
