Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of welcomekitpro.com and the WelcomeKitPro web app (the "Service"), operated by Byzantine Glam, LLC under the PropKitCo brand. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. The Service
WelcomeKitPro lets you generate a guest welcome book from your property address and details, including a print-ready PDF, a hosted live guidebook web page, and a QR code. Local recommendations are auto-filled from third-party data sources and are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all information before sharing it with guests.
3. Pricing and payments
Your first welcome book is free: you keep the PDF and neighborhood graphic, and the hosted live guidebook stays online for a 14-day preview. A paid subscription ($7/month or $59/year per property) keeps your live guidebook and QR code online and auto-updating, and allows unlimited books and re-generations. Prices are in US dollars and may change. Payments and recurring billing are handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your hosted guidebook stops being served at the end of the paid period, but any files you have already downloaded remain yours.
4. Refunds
Because books are generated and delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once a book has been generated. If you experience a technical problem, contact us and we will work to make it right.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you enter (property details, messages, recommendations). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service, including publishing your live guidebook at the link you share. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to publish misleading, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service except to host your own rental properties.
7. Third-party data
Local recommendations, maps, and walk scores are provided by third-party data sources and may not always be complete or current. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any third-party business, location, or rating shown in your guidebook.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byzantine Glam, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
